How long does my order take to ship?

We aim to process and package your order by 2pm the following working day and up to 2 days max. For our Aotearoa-based customers, we will then apply your selected postage option via NZ Post.

For our overseas customers, there is a standard fee of $30 for shipping. Timeframes are subject to NZPost international shipping processes.

What is your return policy?

Refunds are not available if you change your mind about your purchase. We understand that sometimes, a piece may not resonate as expected, in this case we offer exchanges.

Full refunds are available for faulty products.

Exchanges are available within 14 days of purchase, and refunds must be applied for within 30 days of purchase date.
